Paid Time Off & Holidays
Time to relax and recharge is important to not only you, but SNC. Our employees receive 3 weeks of paid time off to start, up to 12 holidays off per year, including a one-week break between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Family Leave
New parents are eligible for four weeks of paid maternity and paternity leave to bond with the newest addition to their family. This is in addition to benefits you may receive under short term disability. SNC’s headquarters in Sparks, Nevada also offers a low-cost on-site daycare for our Sparks-based employees trying to balance it all!
Military Leave Support
SNC employees who are members of the armed forces are at the core of what we do. We provide military leave support for active and reserve military members and have an employee-run Veterans Employee Resource Group to support and encourage our service men and women through shared experiences.
