SNC employees are eligible to receive up to $7,500 in tuition assistance annually depending on the degree they are pursuing. Upon graduation, employees also receive a degree bonus to honor and celebrate their educational success.
SNC offers several career and leadership development programs to support our employee’s growth and maximize their potential. Through career pathing, skill development, coaching, and leadership programs, there is something for everyone regardless of where you are in your career.
SNC’s Building Organizational Leadership Development (BOLD) program is a leadership accelerator program for early career engineers. A small, select group of high-potential engineers are identified annually and are provided extensive leadership training, on the job practical experience, and opportunities to network with our executive leadership teams.
